Easy Breakfast Bake
2 (12 oz) packages pork sausage
3 cups frozen hashbrowns with green peppers and onions
2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups milk
¼ tsp pepper
4 eggs
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Cook the sausage and potatoes. Drain and combine the sausage mixture with ½ cup cheese. Put the mixture in a 9×13 pan. In a separate bowl, stir in Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs. Pour the mixture over the sausage mix in the pan. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 1 to 2 more minutes.
