Easy Key Lime Pie
1 (.6-ounce) box of Sugar-Free Lime Jell-O (Sugar-Free Jell-O is the key to having the pie set up properly)
¼ cup boiling water
2 (6-ounce) containers of key lime-flavored yogurt
1 (8-ounce) container of whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
In a large bowl, carefully stir the Jell-O powder into the boiling water and stir to dissolve. Stir in yogurts. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour mixture into pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
