Full-of-Greens Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 banana, cut in chunks
- 5–6 shakes cinnamon
- 3–4 shakes ginger
- 3–4 shakes turmeric
- ½ avocado, cut in chunks
- 2 cups kale, thoroughly washed and packed into the cup
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 1¼ to 1½ cups frozen fruit
Directions
In a blender, combine coconut water, banana, spices and avocado until smooth. Add kale and lemon juice. Blend thoroughly. Add frozen fruit and blend until smooth.
