Herb Focaccia Bread
Ingredients
- 1 (10-11 oz.) tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 T. olive oil
- ½ t. dried oregano
- ½ t. dried basil
- ½ t. dried minced garlic
- ⅛ t. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat a 10-by-15-inch rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Using your fingertips or the heel of your hand, spread the dough to cover the bottom of the baking sheet. Prick the dough several times with a fork and brush with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the dough. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bread is crisp and brown. Cut and serve.
