Hot Ham Salad
Hot Ham Salad
3 cups diced ham
2 t. minced onion
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
½ cup sweet pickle relish
2 t. prepared mustard
1 cup diced celery
1 T. lemon juice
1 cup crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 425 F. Yield: 8 servings.
