Hush Puppies
Ingredients
- 1 (8.5-oz.) box corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- Slightly less than 1/3 cup milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1-2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and dried
- 1 t. minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
