Kick Off Cheeseball

Kick Off Cheeseball
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. minced fresh onion
¼ of a large green pepper, chopped
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
½ cup chopped walnuts
Mix cream cheese, onion, green pepper, and pineapple. Chill for several hours. Shape into a ball. Roll in walnuts and serve with crackers. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
Editor’s note: We rolled the cheeseball in 1 cup chopped walnuts and molded it into a football shape.
