Mexican Wedding Cakes
2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar plus extra for dusting
½ cup chopped pecans
Blend ingredients together and roll into small balls, then flatten slightly on baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 325 F. Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
