Mini Pumpkin Dump Cake

½ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup milk
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 egg
Topping
1⁄3 cup flour
1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
¼ tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 5×5 baking dish. Stir together the pumpkin, milk, sugar, and spices, then stir in the egg. Pour the batter into the baking dish. For the topping, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Sprinkle it over the pumpkin mixture. Top with the butter and nuts. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
