No Bake Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup plain, ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 T. chia seeds
- 1 t. vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into balls. (I used a cookie scoop.) Store in covered container.

“These are quick and easy. They have lots of protein with peanut butter, flaxseed and chia seeds. They are great for school lunches and for sending in the woods with hunters!”
