Oatmeal Crackers
Oatmeal Crackers
3 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup raw wheat germ
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup sesame seeds
1 cup water
¾ cup oil
3 T. honey
1 t. salt
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Heat water, oil and honey until warm. Pour over oat mixture. Mix well and roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of ⅛-inch thick. Cut into squares. Put on cookie sheets. Bake at 300 F for 20-25 minutes until crisp but not too brown.
