Poppin Barbecups
¾ lb. ground beef
½ cup barbecue sauce
1 T. dried minced onion
2 T. brown sugar
1 can (8 oz.) of biscuits
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Separate biscuits into 12 biscuits. Place the biscuits in an ungreased muffin tin. Press down into the bottom and the sides. Spoon in meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes until the biscuits are brown.
