Sweet and Salty Pretzel Mix
1 (17.9 oz.) box Crispix cereal
1 (10 oz.) bag pretzel sticks
1 (16 oz.) dry roasted peanuts
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
½ cup white corn syrup
1 ½ t. baking soda
Mix cereal, pretzels, and peanuts in a large roasting pan. In a saucepan, heat brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Boil for 1 ½ minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour mixture over cereal mix. Stir. Bake for 1 hour at 250 F, stirring occasionally. Spread out on waxed paper to cool.
