Turkey Tetrazzini
1 cup white sauce (see recipe below)
1 cup cooked turkey,
cut into strips
1½ cups cooked spaghetti
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1⁄3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup breadcrumbs
White sauce
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp celery salt
Dash of pepper
Mix and heat white sauce ingredients and stir until thick. Bring to a boiling point and add turkey, spaghetti, and mushrooms. Put in a 9×13 baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake at 325 F until lightly browned, approximately 25 minutes.
Editor’s Note: If you like more sauce with your pasta, double the white sauce ingredients.
