Rural Electric Leaders In Training Exchange (RELITE) is a two-year professional program for employees and directors of Indiana’s electric cooperatives. Since 1994, over 300 individuals have graduated from the program. Using a blend of teamwork, individual discovery and leadership development, RELITE has set itself apart with a distinctive curriculum and a focus on professional and personal growth.
