Tom Nowaskie retired from WIN Energy REMC on July 31, 2024, after over 45 years of service. He began his career at Knox County REMC in 1978 as a truck driver/ groundman. In 1979, he was promoted to apprentice lineman and four years later became a journeyman lineman. Throughout his years of service, Tom has also held the positions of purchasing agent, member services, director of operations, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He was CEO from August 2018 until July 2024.

Terri Catt retired July 19, 2024, after 40 years of service to the cooperative. She worked at the co-op since June 1984 and has held the following positions: secretary, executive secretary, executive assistant, executive assistant/HR coordinator, and executive administrator.

The directors and employees of WIN Energy REMC would like to thank Tom and Terri for their years of dedicated service to the REMC and wish them an enjoyable retirement!
