All PPEC members are invited to Member Appreciation Day on Saturday, July 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Paulding County Fairgrounds
This is a fun family event with bouncy houses and carnival games. In addition, we will showcase what the electric co-op has to offer.
Our experienced staff will conduct a live wire demo that explains the dangers of electricity. This demo also explains what to do if you experience downed power lines as a result of a car accident.
Safety and Compliance Manager Dee Renollet has been conducting this demonstration for years at local schools and for emergency personnel, and it always resonates well. If you ask local students, it’s a fan favorite.
Members will receive a FREE lunch and have the opportunity to enter a drawing for FREE electricity for one month (up to $300). A girl’s and boy’s bike (two total) will also be raffled off.
PPEC’s Energy Advisor Peter Niagu will be offering demonstrations with the PPEC energy bike. If you have questions when it comes to energy efficiency, he can definitely help.
We look forward to seeing you on July 28!
