James East was born into a military family and spent time growing up in Japan and Europe, but has lived in Indiana since 1970.

He attended Corydon Central High School, Ivy Tech Sellersburg and Indiana University Bloomington. James previously worked at Helix Technologies.

Matt Figg grew up in Dugger, and attended Dugger High School and Daviess High School where he competed in basketball and cross country. He enjoys hunting and fishing and has worked in several different industries prior to joining the team at Orange County Fiber.

Irish Mayrina lives in French Lick. He graduated from Springs Valley High School and then attended Vincennes University in Jasper for computer programming technologies and business management. He and his wife, Melissa, were married in 2014 and have three boys and two girls.
