2019 brought about many changes. The best change was our fiber internet project. The most challenging change was our new billing system and bill format. 

In light of all these changes, we want to say “thank you” for your patience as we’ve transitioned from one billing system to another and from one bill print to another. And as we navigated through those changes, made mistakes and learned, thank you for your understanding. Thank you for being kind to us through this challenge that was not only ours, but yours as well. 

We all know change is inevitable, but often can also be hard. We also know a good attitude during the change makes a difference. The attitudes of you, our members, continues to make us work harder, try more and be better. And that’s our “thank you” gift to you.
