At Marshall County REMC, we strive to provide our members with reliable and affordable electric service. To keep your power flowing smoothly, we work hard to maintain the quality of our electric lines. Two major issues that can disrupt your electric service happen when tree limbs and plant growth interfere with or fall on overhead electric lines. This can cause power outages, resulting in service calls, extra expenses, and major inconvenience for many members.
To ensure we continue to provide stellar electric service to Marshall County REMC members, we contract a four-year tree trimming and spraying schedule with Mint City Tree Service. Here you can see two maps of the contracted services. The current cycle began in 2024 and extends through 2027. Spraying and trimming for 2024 are complete and included only to show the current cycle rotation. Trimming and spraying maps are available at www.marshallremc.com. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Mint City Tree Service at 574-312-2735. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring quality electric service for all the members of Marshall County REMC.
