In our ongoing commitment to provide greater convenience and peace of mind, we are excited to announce the launch of a new budget billing program, variable budget billing. The new program will eliminate the budget settle-up amount due each year and instead adjust your bill monthly by small increments.

Variable budget billing works like this: The cooperative calculates an average of the member’s bills over the previous 12 months, then recalculates it monthly to avoid a year-end settlement. This new program will provide members with a more predictable and consistent monthly payment, spreading out their annual utility costs over the course of a year.
