Recently, Marshall County REMC learned of a bill payment service advertising that members could pay their REMC bill on its website. This website is doxo.com. Please note that although this website displays the Marshall County REMC logo, your cooperative is not affiliated with this organization.

Online bill payment companies like this offer the convenience of paying all your bills online at one location. Not only does this convenience come with a fee, but also Marshall County REMC is not notified when a member makes a payment.  In addition to fees these online bill payments charge, there is also a delay in the payment being posted to the account you are paying, which may result in a late payment.

Marshall County REMC offers multiple ways to pay your bill online and through the mobile app. The online bill payment customer service portal can be viewed at ebill.marshallcoremc.com/oscp. Access to this link can be found on the Marshall County REMC website at www.marshallremc.com.

Members can click on the “account login/online bill payment” under “my account” tab to be directed to the online bill payment site. The Marshall County REMC app can be found by searching “MREMC” in your app store.
