Annual Meeting Notice
The Annual Meeting of Bartholomew County REMC will be held virtually on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 7 p.m. to take action on the following matters:
The reports of officers, directors, and committees.
The election of one director each from Districts 1 and 4.
The election of one nominating committee member each from Districts 1 and 4.
All other business may come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
In connection with the election of two directors and two nominating committee members scheduled for this meeting, nominations have been made by the nominating committee pursuant to the bylaws.
The members who vote in the election will receive a $5 bill credit. A meet and greet will be held at the fairgrounds on June 25. Members who attend the day at the fair will receive $25 in fair food vouchers.
