Ruth Spencer and her husband, Cecil, haven been married for 15 years.  They have two sons, Andy and Tim, and two daughters, Sarah and Caitlin. Spencer enjoys spending time with her kids, biking, running, spending time in the kitchen baking and canning and raising their chickens.
