No election petitions were received for districts 3 and 4. Since there are no contested director elections, seating of the directors may be done by acclamation at the meeting.

Voting Procedure

Each member of Southern Indiana Power was mailed a registration/ballot option for the annual meeting in March. Please complete the ballot and send by mail (by the return date) or bring it to the annual meeting on April 21. Members who are unable to attend, but return the ballot by mail will be registered to win one of 10 $100 cash prizes.
