District 1

Larry Fetters currently serves as director for District 1 and has served the LaGrange County REMC board of directors since 1999. He is certified as a Credentialed Cooperative Director through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), and has also earned his Board Leadership Certificate through the organization. He retired after more than 25 years in the finance industry, but volunteers at his daughter’s gift shop in Shipshewana. He is a past president of the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce, helped organize the LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation and served more than 40 years with the Howe Lions Club. He and his wife, Marge, reside west of Howe. The couple have two children and four grandchildren. 

District 2

Terry Holsinger currently serves as director for District 2, as well as vice president of the board. He has served as a director since 1999. A lifelong resident of LaGrange County, he graduated from Prairie Heights High School in 1975 and Tri-State University in 1981 with a degree in business management. He is certified as a Credentialed Cooperative Director through NRECA. He retired from Abbot Labs after more than 30 years of service and attends Mongo United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Jody, live south of Mongo, and have four children and five grandchildren.
