Join us June 7 for our annual meeting.
Orange County REMC wouldn’t exist without our members! That’s because YOU are our REMC. But have you ever wondered why you should attend our annual meeting? Here are three great reasons why you should attend:
It’s fun!
It’s free!
It’s all for you!
Join us on June 7 at the Paoli Jr./Sr. High School for our annual meeting. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for fun, food and the opportunity to share in our special community.
We have plenty of activities, so let your kids and the kid in you enjoy some well-deserved time off from your regular routine. Members will be treated to a catered meal from Schnitzelbank, including fried chicken, beef brisket (Au Jus), German fries and parsley red potatoes, corn, green Beans, fried biscuits and apple butter.
The community/vendor booths will feature IU Health, Hoosier Energy (solar and energy-efficient lighting), DNR bird program, Orange County REMC and Orange County Fiber. Please stop by these booths and ask about how they serve our community.
We will also have plenty of crafts and activities for our younger members.
Kirby Stailey is back by popular demand to provide musical entertainment, and our staff has been busy gathering some great prizes to give away. More importantly, the Orange County REMC annual meeting is a great time to speak with your co-op’s elected officials about what’s on your mind, as well as on issues that affect our community.
As a member of Orange County REMC, you have a voice in how it is run. You elect directors who are members of Orange County REMC just like you!
Our purpose at Orange County REMC is to improve the quality of life in the community where we live and work while providing safe, reliable and affordable electricity.
Come on out and join us on June 7!
